Do I need an appointment to visit AKOEA?

Private visits are available by appointment throughout the month, allowing you to explore the collection in a relaxed and personal setting. We also host occasional Open Studio days where everyone is welcome. Visit our Visit page for current information.

 

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. Pay-and-display parking is available directly outside the studio, with additional public parking nearby.

The studio is just a 1-minute walk from New Era Square, one of Sheffield’s most vibrant destinations, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants nearby.

 

How far is the studio from Sheffield railway station?

The studio is approximately a 15-minute walk from Sheffield railway station and is easily accessible by public transport, taxi or car.

 

Is the studio accessible?

The studio is located on the upper floor of Cuthbert House. At present, access is via stairs only.

 

Can I hire the studio?

Yes. The studio is available for workshops, creative consultations, brand shoots, intimate gatherings and selected private events. Visit our Studio Hire page for further information or get in touch to discuss your requirements.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Shipping &Returns page for full details, including exclusions for vintage, archive and made-to-order items.
